So let's start thinking about meetings. Please contact me if you're a Vegan near Champaign County, Illinois and you'd like to get together in an organized fashion to share recipes and such. I've thought of using meetup.com, but they charge for setting up meetups. I'm still pretty inexperience as far as Vegan cooking goes, but I'm more than willing to learn.
